At International School 33, it is important for us to celebrate and share holidays around the world with our students.
This week, we shared beautiful moments around St. Patrick’s Day.
It is important to explain to students how and why March 17 is a memorable day for the Irish people. For this, we have offered various activities around this holiday: changing Montessori practical life trays in the colors of Ireland, presentation of the Irish flag, situating Ireland on the globe and the Montessori planisphere, discovery of Irish culture ( typical dishes, Irish landscapes…), art workshop around Saint Patrick and decoration of the school and the classrooms with clovers and leprechauns.

All this allows students, from kindergarten, to immerse themselves in a new culture with respect and kindness.
