Our school has achieved the status of an International Baccalaureate® (IB) World School to offer the Middle Years Programme (MYP) in addition to the Primary Years Programme (PYP)

We join the list of prestigious schools that offer this rigorous program that also focuses on the student’s personal growth (in France: Ermitage International School of France, école Privée Bilingue Internationale, International School of Paris…)

The MYP focuses on intellectual challenge. It encourages students between the ages of 11 and 16 to make real-world connections between their studies and the real world, setting the stage for success in their future studies and in their future lives. (www.ibo.org)

Our students will take the diplôme national du brevet at the end of ninth grade (100% success rate last year and 80% honors), and at the end of tenth grade, the MYP end-of-course exam, which is an excellent tool to evaluate student work in a reliable and rigorous manner.

The goal of the MYP is to develop active, internationally aware learners who are open-minded and make sense of their lives.
The program provides opportunities for students to conduct research on a wide range of important local, national and global issues and ideas. Students become creative, critical and reflective thinkers. (www.ibo.org)

Congratulations and thank you to our wonderful teaching staff, parents and students who impressed the IB inspectors!
