Image and video processing<\/h2>\n    <p>The school may use photographs and videos taken during school activities (lessons, projects, school outings, events, trips, etc.) for the following purposes:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>illustrate the school website and blog<\/li>\n        <li>maintain the school's official social network accounts<\/li>\n        <li>producing corporate communication materials (brochures, newsletters, presentations)<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>These practices are governed by authorisation forms signed by parents or by pupils who have reached the age of majority. In the absence of authorisation, the school undertakes not to publish any images that could identify the pupil (or to use reasonable anonymisation methods).<\/p>\n    <p>Parents may request the removal of an image or video of themselves or their child. Each request is considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account technical constraints, legal obligations and the legitimate interests of the school.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>6. Video surveillance<\/h2>\n    <p>To ensure the safety of people and property, certain areas of the premises may be monitored by CCTV (in particular, entrances, passageways and surrounding areas).<\/p>\n    <p>The cameras do not film classrooms or strictly private areas. Online teaching platform and tools<\/h2>\n    <p>International School 33 uses digital tools and educational platforms (including a digital learning environment such as Toddle and other online services) to:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>pedagogical support for students<\/li>\n        <li>communication with families<\/li>\n        <li>deposit homework, teaching aids and resources<\/li>\n        <li>assessment and feedback on students' work<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>These services may involve :<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>the processing of data identifying pupils and parents (surname, first name, e-mail address, class, etc.)<\/li>\n        <li>online posting of students' work, teaching comments and, from time to time, images relating to life in the classroom.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Parents are informed of the use of these tools at the time of registration or via specific communications. Depending on the case, a contractual basis (educational necessity) and\/or consent is used to justify such processing.<\/p>\n    <p>Each platform provider acts as a data processor or, where applicable, as a joint controller, in accordance with the GDPR.
